Place a hold instead of an Excel waitlist

When every hard copy of a title is on loan, users used to have to ask or wait. Some libraries kept the queue in an Excel sheet. That means manual effort, it is error-prone, and it is opaque for users.

Now the publication page offers a Place hold action: users add themselves to the queue as soon as no hard copy is free. Librario collects the holds in the title-specific queue, which librarians and admins see under “Tasks → Loan requests”. No external list needed. In “My Loan Requests”, users keep track of their holds and can withdraw them at any time.

Requesting and holding now share one term: the loan request. This feature used to be called “internal mail order”; the new name fits better, because a loan request now covers more than delivery via internal mail.
