Add arXiv IDs and import the metadata automatically

You can now record publications by their arXiv ID, both in the entry form and in the import assistant. Librario accepts the modern format (arXiv:2301.12345) and the older subject-based schemes (for example math.AG/0309136), and normalises the spelling automatically.

When you import by arXiv ID, Librario also fetches the metadata straight from arxiv.org: title, authors, abstract, publication date, DOI and journal details are filled in automatically, just as with an import by DOI.
