Set the category and collection when importing several publications

When you import several PDF files at once, you can now set the category and collection in the Apply to all publications block.

Imported records used to need moving into the right category and adding to a collection one by one, which quickly became a full day’s work for larger imports. Both fields now apply to every record in an import.
