# Publication form: related details sit side by side

Depending on the type, the form for recording a publication left gaps next to single fields. Now related details share a line, such as **Language** and **Publication date** right below the titles, or **ISBN** and **ISSN** for proceedings. Every line splits evenly, and the **Additional information** section arranges its fields by the same rules.

The form also shows more of what you need for each type up front: for **Miscellaneous** the publication date is in the main section, and for reports and theses the **Abstract**.
