# Send invoices to up to five email addresses

Until now, the invoice went to exactly one email address, usually that of the person who created the account.



In many organisations that is not enough: invoices also have to reach a central invoice inbox (for example `invoices@…`) so that accounting can book the document, and the budget holder can assign the costs to their cost centre. Forwarding by hand was routine.



Every new invoice now goes automatically to all the addresses you have saved, so the invoice inbox and the budget holder are informed at the same time.

Under **Our account** > **Subscription** > **Edit billing address**, the **Email addresses** field takes up to five addresses (separated by a comma or a semicolon).
