# Export the user directory as CSV

You can now export all users as a CSV file and compare them with your staff directory, for example by employee number.
That shows you the profiles of employees who have left, so you can clean them up.

The file contains ID, email address, first and last name, employee number, roles, phone number and a direct link to the user profile.
You can process the data further in any common spreadsheet application.

You can find the export under **Our account → Users**: open **Export** at the top right and choose **Export as CSV**.
